Business Talent Visa:

 

High calibre business people who are owners or part owners of an overseas business and have a genuine and realistic commitment to participate in the management of a new or existing business in Australia can apply for a Permanent Visa.

Provisional Business Visas:

There are a number of provisional visas for business people who are seeking to establish a business, manage a new or existing business, or invest in Australia.

These visas are generally granted for a period of four years, and after two years the holder may be eligible to apply for a permanent Business Skills visa.

1. Business owners

2. Senior executives

• Senior Executives (Provisional) (Subclass 161)

• State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional) (Subclass 164)

• State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional) (Subclass 165)
